Sessions offer a place for self-exploration and unfold what matters to you. Through transitions in life Psychotherapy can shine a light on the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects that want to emerge to your awareness. From this place, the facilitation I offer provides a therapeutic space for your essence and unique strengths to lead the way.
My approach is warm, curious and compassionate, honouring your deeper inner nature with practical integration in the world.

corporate and PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
Corporate classes are personalised to suit wellbeing and healthy habits in the workplace. Yoga can be a mini retreat during the week to reset, relax and energise the body for cohesiveness within the team and enhanced individual and productivity outcomes. Classes are designed with asana, meditation and breathing techniques.
Private classes are a beautiful way to zoom into your specific goals and needs. I offer privates to individuals and couples, ranging anywhere from prenatal to postnatal, trauma-sensitive, as well as athletes or beginners. Ranging from visual meditations, breathing techniques, kriya practices and asana.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND BRANDING
My first love, the transformative liberation of allowing yourself to play and be seen. My body tingles when I’ve got a camera in my hand, creating images through the alchemy of collaboration and artistry. Whether you are after a session to document a time in your life and have this beauty reflected back to you, or you are after branding photos + video I would love to get involved in making magic together.

I started private sessions with Tessa when I found out I was pregnant. She curated beautiful classes for me focusing on strengthening my upper body and legs while also working through my fascia network to soften and be ready for the birth experience. I loved her visual meditations which helped me communicate with my baby in utero.

Tess has the most warm, calming and welcoming energy. I’ve done lots of photo shoots that feel stressful with the pressure of deadlines and money on the line. With Tess, there is a complete shift of focus, and our sessions feel like a joyful collaboration to make unique art.
